Animal Journal

Animal is a monthly international journal of animal bioscience published in collaboration with the British Society of Animal Science, the European Federation for Animal Science and the French National Institute for Animal Research.

It publishes original, cutting-edge research and reviews on animal sciences, covering subjects including:

  • Nutrition
  • Physiology and functional biology of systems
  • Behaviour, health and welfare
  • Livestock farming systems and environmental impact
  • Product quality, human health and well-being

Invitation to submit papers

Animal seeks to attract the best research in animal biology and systems from across the agricultural, biomedical and environmental sciences.
